    • Talk Overview:  At certain times the burdens of life can weigh us down but we don’t have to let them! This is about how to transform everyday experiences into boosts of bliss!

  • Closing Affirmative Intention – 10mins (Group Activity)
  • Q&A Sunday – 10mins (to chat and discuss anything that came up for anyone in the service).
  • What to bring – a pen, some paper and an open mind and heart.
