REFLECTIONS OF UNITY & SILENT UNITY FROM REV. RHONDA

“Pleasant words are like honeycomb, sweetness to the soul, health to the bones.

” Proverbs 15:1

One of the most powerful practical teachings of Unity is the power of our spoken word– especially when we use affirmations with the words— I AM!

The truth is-The words we speak go forth and by divine law return to us that which we have declared. We set Beautifulcertain vibrations into motion by the use of our words.

Our co-founder Myrtle Fillmore affectionately known to many in her time as- “Myrtle, Mother of Unity” demonstrated the healing  power of words as  affirmative prayer with her well known  statement-”I am a child of God, therefore I do not  inherit sickness.”

Myrtle Fillmore understood the importance of the daily use of healing words as a demonstration of her unshakable faith in God to heal her.

Charles Fillmore was also known for his inspiring statement when in his nineties he affirmed-

“I fairly sizzle with zeal and enthusiasm and step forward in faith to do that which is mine to do today.”  “He affirmed -“words are also seeds, and when dropped into the invisible spiritual substance, they grow and bring forth after their kind.”

There is Spiritual truth in the following words –

“Our words today create the reality of our tomorrow.”

As we listen to our habitual words, we have a profound opportunity to change at the core of our being. We come to understand that it is a joy to use our words to lift our consciousness to a higher vibration of divine love .

I AM The words we use to pray affirmatively also opens the way for our and transformation. By our willingness to pray and rest in the silence we become aware of the  “still small voice. The “inner voice of God” shapes our thoughts and inspires us to use words that inspire us to live from our Christ light. By giving thanks to God for the positive power of our spoken word, we co-create our greater good and the greater good for all.

Inspired by Charles & Myrtle Fillmore, let us affirm these words as our own—

I am a co -creator with God. I choose to use the power of my spoken word with faith. In gratitude, I now enthusiastically affirm these words of truth – I am free I am unlimited. “Amen.  Abundant blessings beaming your way.

In loving and faithful service
